1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive granted by millon88 to a player subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the sole operating currency of the millon88 platform for all Philippine player accounts.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the millon88 platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with:

• The millon88 Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time;
• The millon88 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Specific promotional terms applicable to any bonus you elect to claim;

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) millon88 account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shadow accounts is strictly prohibited. millon88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances where multiple registrations by the same individual are detected.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your millon88 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. millon88 strongly recommends that all players:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Settings panel;
• Log out of the platform at the conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Not share their credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously reported the compromise of your credentials to millon88 support. millon88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use occurs before notification of a security breach has been received and acted upon.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at millon88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). millon88 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside the control of millon88.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimums for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited in real time. Bank transfer timelines depend on the originating institution.

Withdrawals:

• All accounts must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours.
• millon88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced identity verification, source of funds declarations, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals requested while a bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will be processed after the applicable requirement is met, unless the player elects to forfeit the outstanding bonus balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

millon88 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are not immediately available for withdrawal.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from bonus play can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is communicated at the time of offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus and associated winnings not used within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Specific game categories, titles, or bet types may contribute at different rates (or not at all) toward wagering requirements. Live casino and sports betting may have restricted contribution rates.
• millon88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to its acceptance by the player, and to amend promotion terms with reasonable notice.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the millon88 platform are governed by their individual game rules, as published in the game interface. In all cases where these Terms conflict with a game's individual rules, these Terms shall prevail.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently verified for fairness. The house edge applicable to each game is reflected in its published Return to Player (RTP) percentage.
• millon88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault materially affects the game outcome. In such cases, the wager amount will be refunded to the player's account. millon88's decision on such matters is final.
• Winnings resulting from a bet that was placed and accepted in error (for example, due to an incorrect odds display in the sportsbook) may be voided. millon88 will refund the stake in such circumstances.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the millon88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game assets, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the property of millon88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the millon88 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on millon88 content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;
• Use millon88's brand assets, logos, or trademarks in any context without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, millon88 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, whether direct or indirect;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond the reasonable control of millon88;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content, or advice published on the platform that is not expressly guaranteed as accurate;
• The conduct or actions of third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO) in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits millon88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player's account at any time:

• By you: Contact millon88 support via live chat or email to request voluntary account closure. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and provided no active bonus wagering requirement remains. Self-exclusion closures are permanent on the millon88 platform.
• By millon88: millon88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) millon88 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) millon88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise improper activity; or (d) millon88 ceases to offer the Services in your jurisdiction.

Upon account closure by millon88 for breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned net of any amounts owed to millon88.

13 Responsible Gaming

millon88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among its Philippine player base. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from your Account Settings at any time after login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum cumulative loss amount per session, day, or week. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is paused for the specified period.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals to keep track of time spent on the platform.

15 Amendments to These Terms

millon88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, millon88 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification with at least seven (7) calendar days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.

For minor or non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions), millon88 may update these Terms with immediate effect. The "Last Revised" date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent update.

Your continued use of the millon88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to any mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection or gambling law, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the millon88 platform.
